The room was very clean with a modern bathroom, a comfy bed, and a nice view!

the hotel is brilliant, has welcoming staff in all areas. the location is great and beautiful, minutes walking distance from a bus stop, truly enjoyed it. for lunch or dinner go to ca' leon, located minutes away from the property.

Comfortable and refined hotel, I appreciated its central location next to the tourist spots of st marks. The property was clean, had welcoming staff in all areas.

The room here was recently renovated and very clean, with all necessary amenities like central heating, a safe, and a multi-channel TV, as well as a modern bathroom with a Jacuzzi; the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Maybe we'll come back.

the rooms are spacious with incredibly comfortable beds and smoke detectors. the hotel has a fantastic location, just steps away from water buses, the railway station, and gardens. 3. I suggest dining at Zanze Xvi, which is conveniently located only 100 feet from the hotel.

The hotel was an easy walk from the bus drop off point, Piazzale Roma, and an easy walk to the train station, with only a couple of bridges to drag luggage over in each direction. We arrived about 10pm so the late checkin was a plus. Also thought the staff were very obliging, and the breakfasts were amongst the best we encountered on our holiday. The room was also very comfortable with a large bathroom.

Whilst the room was comfortable, it was a bit of a squeeze with the furniture and two suitcases. Our room looked into the walls of another building which was a pity, but not a big issue because we were only there for three nights.

The location is excellent both for arrival (only minutes from both ferrovia and bus) and for taking vaporetto for sight-seeing, still quiet. Although the room was not too spacy we did not suffer from inclaustration and the bath was of proper size. Good value for money in short. The top attraction was breakfast, delicious, abundant and accompanied by friendly service.

To mention one negative: there were only 4-5 Italian channels. One would expect some news in English, music etc.
